Integrated Jury Solutions welcomes reports from security researchers and the public that help us keep court and juror data safe. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us.
How to report
Email a description of the issue to security@integratedjurysolutions.com. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce and validate the issue: affected URL or component, steps, and any supporting material.
Please do
- Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before public disclosure.
- Make a good-faith effort to avoid privacy violations, data destruction, and service disruption.
- Only interact with accounts you own or have explicit permission to test.
Please do not
- Access, modify, or delete data that does not belong to you.
- Perform denial-of-service testing or actions that degrade our services.
- Access juror personal information beyond the minimum necessary to demonstrate a vulnerability.
Our commitment
We will acknowledge reports promptly, keep you informed as we investigate, and work to remediate confirmed issues in a timely manner. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith and follow this policy. This page does not establish a paid bug-bounty program.
