Product capabilities, availability, and terms are defined in the applicable customer agreement.

EmpanelJMS may support SMS/text messaging services for account, security, application, and other service-related communications, as well as court-authorized communications to jurors. Where SMS messaging is used, applicable consent and messaging requirements are addressed through the EmpanelJMS application, the applicable court or jurisdiction, and the applicable customer agreement.
These Terms govern use of this public website and do not establish or modify the terms governing SMS services provided through EmpanelJMS or the separate agreement between IJS and a court customer.

The site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
